MELANIE JOINER
Founder and Principal Consultant
Melanie Joiner is the founder of The Three Branches and brings more than a decade of hands-on experience in operations, financial management, and executive support across manufacturing, banking, service-based businesses, and small business leadership.
Before launching The Three Branches, Melanie held senior operational roles, including Chief Operating Officer and Operations Manager for a U.S.-based manufacturing company. In those roles, she oversaw company-wide systems, financial operations, process improvement, and strategic growth initiatives. Her work has consistently centered on bringing order to complex environments, improving efficiency, and building structures that support long-term sustainability.
Through The Three Branches, Melanie provides fractional COO-level support and high-level executive assistance for business owners who need clarity, structure, and dependable execution without the cost or commitment of full-time staff. Her work spans financial organization and bookkeeping support, operational systems and workflows, and strategic brand and content support.
Melanie is known for her steady, practical approach and her ability to step in behind the scenes as a trusted partner—helping businesses move out of chaos and into confident, well-run operations.
JEFF JOINER
Strategic Partner
Jeff Joiner is a strategic partner at The Three Branches, bringing deep experience in marketing leadership, operations, and revenue-focused client experience. He currently serves as a Senior Marketing Executive at Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort, where he has spent more than seven years managing high-value client relationships, executing targeted engagement programs, and driving measurable business results.
With a background spanning hospitality, sales, finance, and team leadership, Jeff is known for his ability to coordinate complex initiatives and ensure strategy turns into execution. His work requires precision, discretion, and consistency—skills he applies daily in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
Jeff’s approach is practical and disciplined, with a strong emphasis on relationships, follow-through, and operational alignment. He excels at connecting people, processes, and priorities so teams stay focused and momentum isn’t lost.
